Melissa Rosales is a fashion designer from Ciudad Juárez, México, based in New York City. She holds a BS in Apparel Design & Manufacturing from Texas Tech University and an MFA in Fashion Design and Society from Parsons School of Design.

Her practice combines technical experimentation with material research to explore memory, femininity, and the emotional significance of clothing. Drawing from film, cultural histories, and found garments, her work investigates dress as both object and experience.
